Mr. Zhang is familiar with rules and legislations of construction and real estate area and is experienced in law risk aversion and prevention. He has been participated in many bid evaluations and also provided full law service on engineering construction for many construction projects, for example, Zhengzhou Branch of Luoyang Orthopedic-traumatological hospital, Henan, shantytown renovation of Yiyang Yellow River Machinery Company, Henan. And, currently, he is working on law service for Licun market renovation (commercial real estate project) in Jili, Luoyang, Henan province.
