毕思公律师

毕思公律师,男，毕业于国家法官学院。1990年进入人民法院担任法官，从事民商事审判十二年。2002年辞职从事专职律师工作，2007年合伙创立河南万基律师事务所。现任河南省律师协会金融保险专业委员会委员、洛阳市律师协会常务理事、洛阳市律师协会公司金融证券专业委员会主任、洛阳市法学会非诉讼法律实务研究会副会长、河南万基律师事务所主任。毕思公律师2009年荣获洛阳市“十佳律师”称号，2013年荣获洛阳市“十佳法学研究人物”称号。

  毕思公律师主要从事企业并购、资产重组、投资顾问、企业管理顾问、风险控制以及经济纠纷解决等方面法律服务，专业领域涉及矿业、电力、金融、IT等行业，具有丰富的理论和实践经验。目前担任洛阳栾川钼业集团股份有限公司、洛阳龙羽集团有限公司等多家大型企业首席法律顾问，专业服务深受客户好评。

毕思公律师曾编著《合同法通论》、《民事诉讼判例实务问题研究》等著作，其撰写的《独立保函在国内法中的效力认定》、《探索有中国特色的律师调解制度》等论文荣获多个奖项。

Lawyer Sigong Bi, male, graduated from National Judges College. From 1990 to 2002, he was a judge engaged in civil and commercial trial. In 2002, he resigned from court and started to be a full time attorney. In 2007, he founded Henan Wonder-Working Law Firm with partners. Lawyer Bi is now the member of the Finance & Insurance& Commission of Henan Lawyers Association, Executive Director of Luoyang Lawyers Association, Director of Corporate & Finance & Security Commission of Luoyang Lawyers Association, Vice-chairman of Non-lawsuit Seminar of Luoyang Law Society, and Director of Henan Wonder-Working Law Firm.
