于律师擅长公司法、合同法、劳动法、税法领域内的法律实务。加入本所之前，曾于北京某律师事务所***贸易与投资部工作，主要从事反倾销、反垄断相关法律业务。自加入本所以来，于小云律师主要跟随律师团队为企业提供日常法律服务及专项法律服务，包括公司并购、企业清算重组、企业经济纠纷解决、劳动人事争议处理、日常合同审查及法律咨询等工作，在工作中积累了丰富的实践经验。
